Store Credit (valid for 12 months)
Refunds are not provided for buyer's remorse, fit, or style preference.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
Upon confirmation, we offer one of the following solutions at no extra cost:
Full refund via original payment method, or
Replacement or exchange
Return shipping will be covered by us in this case.

If an item doesn't suit you:
We are happy to arrange an exchange for a different size or style
In some cases, you might not need to return the original item
If a return is required, you will receive clear instructions
